Shipping costs for products purchased though JoleyHeart.com may vary based on product type, weight, or shipping location. Shipping costs will be provided at the time of purchase.

Joley Heart is not responsible for products damaged during shipping, for shipments delivered to the wrong address, for products stolen after delivery, for the failed delivery of any product, or for any failures by the shipping company, USPS, or independent carriers. 

Refund Policy 

If a Customer receives damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped Merchandise , the Customer must send a written request for refund or replacement through our website.

Claims must be made within 15 days of the delivery date.

Orders placed through third party sites are subject to that sites return policies.

Orders placed through bookstores are subject to the bookstores return policy.

Promotion Policy

All promotions will be run at the sole discretion of JoleyHeart.com and can be activated, modified, or removed at any time by JoleyHeart.com without advance notification
