USERS AGREE AND ACCEPT THAT THEIR USE OF THE WEBSITE AND LINKED SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS, THIRD PARTY SITES, AND ANY SHARED CONTENT SHALL BE AT THEIR SOLE RISK.

USERS SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT JOLEY HEART SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR CONTENT POSTED BY OTHER USERS, OR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY AND THAT THE RISK OF HARM OR DAMAGE FROM THE FOREGOING RESTS ENTIRELY WITH USER.

Term and Termination:

This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect for so long as Joley Heart is in operation. Members may terminate their Membership at any time, for any reason, by sending a written request through the Website. Joley Heart reserves the right to terminate Member accounts or access to the Website immediately, with or without notice to you, and without liability to you, if Joley Heart believes that any Member has breached any of the terms of this Agreement, furnished Joley Heart with false or misleading information, or otherwise interfered with use of the Website.
